Sie erm\u00f6glicht es, die Prozesse in der Projektarbeit so zu f\u00fchren, dass die Projektziele erreicht werden k\u00f6nnen.<br>Die Projektsteuerung umfasst dabei wesentliche Handlungsbereiche wie Organisation, Dokumentation, Qualit\u00e4tssicherung, Kosten und Termine.
